1. The Terroir: Why Cau Dat Arabica?

Geography defines flavor. Our coffee is grown in the Cau Dat District, often referred to as the "Blue Mountains of Vietnam."

Elevation: At 1,650m (5,413 ft) above sea level, the cool climate slows the cherry maturation process. This creates beans with High Density, allowing them to withstand high roasting temperatures and develop complex flavors.

Micro-climate: The region is covered in fog for most of the year, combined with ancient red basalt soil, imparting a distinctive flavor profile: bright acidity, elegant floral notes, and a sweet, lasting aftertaste.
2. Our Green Bean Portfolio (Processing Methods)

We understand that every Roaster has a different philosophy. To meet your specific needs, Cau Dat Bean offers three distinct processing methods:
A. Fully Washed (The Standard)

Process: Cherries are pulped, fermented, and washed to remove all mucilage.

Profile: A clean cup with high clarity, bright acidity (citrus/apple), and a light-to-medium body.

B. Honey Process (The Sweet Spot)

Process: Pulp is removed but mucilage is left on the parchment during drying.
