A Morning Inside the Cau Dat Bean Roastery
Before the city fully wakes up, the roasting room at Cau Dat Bean is already filled with the warm aroma of freshly roasted coffee.
The sound of turning drums, the first crack of the beans, and the slow change of color from green to deep brown — every morning begins with the same attention to detail.

Roasting coffee is not about making beans darker.
It is about finding the perfect balance for each origin.
Coffee from Cau Dat grows slowly in the cold highlands of Da Lat, allowing the beans to develop a naturally sweet and complex flavor profile. During roasting, we carefully adjust every batch to preserve those unique characteristics.

Some roasts are designed for espresso with a richer body and chocolate notes. Others are roasted lighter to highlight floral aromas and bright acidity for filter brewing.
No artificial flavoring.
No shortcuts.
Just coffee, heat, and craftsmanship.
For us, roasting is where farming and flavor finally meet.
And every bag we pack carries a small part of the Cau Dat Highlands with it.
